His experience includes project management, construction management, owner’s representation, cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, inspections, contract administration, quality management, risk management, and project closeout.
With multidisciplinary experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical work, he brings a comprehensive perspective to project planning and execution. He has also coordinated extensively with international companies, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams operating in Puerto Rico.
